Partner with business leaders to understand and identify talent acquisition needs and opportunities.
Manage all aspects of talent acquisition including identifying selection criteria, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in cooperation with the hiring manager.
Should understand end-to-end recruitment process
Experience on Stakeholder management
Experience working on NON-IT & IT skills.
Manage recruiting process through our applicant tracking system
Ensure candidates have a positive candidate experience.
Pro-actively further expand our sourcing strategy by e.g., developing and driving a variety of sourcing strategies like engaging on modern hiring tools & social media.
Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for our key roles
Develop and implement strategies to attract passive talents
Manage cooperative relationships with external partners and suppliers
Contribute to the development and improvement of our HR services by identifying best practices and continuous process improvement


4 +years of Human Resource Talent acquisition experience within an organization of a multinational company environment
Bachelors degree in human resource/other
Experience in sourcing candidates through all possible sourcing strategies e.g. social media, networking, cooperation with external partners.
Hands-on personality and experience taking responsibility for the full scope of recruiting activities Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong track record and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Creative, entrepreneurial, open-minded, and high passion for technology Highly effective organizational skills as well as strong business and HR acumen
Strong influencing and consultative skills combined with problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
