Provide vision, decision-making, roadmap related to Workday, SAP Success factors or other such HCM, HRIS, HRM system features and integrations
Engages in constructive conversations with – and deliver tough messages when needed – to key stakeholders, including senior executives, while continually building professional and productive relationships.
Optimizes development team experience.
Manage each project s scope and timeline
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups with onshore/offshore teams
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location
Required Experience:

Must have 8 years current experience working within a software development environment as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner in a High-Tech industry.
Must have 3 years of experience in building end-to-end products or integrations with-in HR related systems
Must have 2 years of experience and knowledge with databases, data schema, data flows, and data architecture.
Must have proven knowledge in HR Domain, with thorough knowledge of systems like Workday/SAP HR/Kronos
Full understanding of Employee life cycle
Knowledge of at least one programming language: IE: Python, Java/C /.NET, PL/SQL, TSQL
Knowledge writing SQL queries
4 years experience working on complex development projects
5 years experience with creating documentation for communication with varied audiences
2 years current experience successfully completing projects within an Agile environment
2 years demonstrable experience driving complex technology projects to successful completion
Must possess excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques
Experience in project execution and follow-up
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to negotiate and engage with individuals at all levels of the business
Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Communicates information in ways that can be easily understood
Must possess strong work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Deadline oriented and capable of self-management

Experience in conceptualizing and developing several inbound/ outbound integrations between systems like CSOD, Kenexa, SAP ECC, AON, Fidelity etc.
Understanding of the HR system API landscape, HCM, Work Force Management system integrations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and within a close team environment
Strong Background in API Development, Website development, HR application development:
Html, CSS, JavaScript
