Strategy

To support Business Banking growth through partnership & alliance as well as GBA / YRD initiatives, including financial institutions with digital / internet / mobile lending platforms, eCommerce / online store operators, government departments (e.g., tax / custom authorities), Fin-tech companies and accounting software companies.

Implementation of GBA / YRD initiatives to support the bank strategy.
Implementation of client segment strategies and program, campaign delivery.
Implementation of marketing initiatives, client communication, sales kit, CVP, marketing research
Leverage customer and performance analytics to determine segment strategies, effectiveness of relationship and performance management model deployed.
Business

GBA / YRD Partnership & Alliances Management

Participate & Execute GBA / YRD strategy formation for Business Banking
Recommend and on-board agreed partnerships, implement segment offer, business case in the designated
Implement with GBA / YRD related marketing events, promotions, campaigns and marketing events.
To participate in GBA / YRD Strategic Planning & formation & execution.
To synergize GBA / YRD strategy with current business strategy to further achieve revenue, balance sheet, and operating profit targets.
To establish the fundamentals for the long-term performance of the business under GBA / YRD structure.
GBA / YTD investment and initiative management.
Full responsibility to close working with stakeholders to achieve expected delivery.
Segment Management

Developing & executing the segmentation strategy & refine BB Segment CVP.
Implement with segment related marketing events, promotions, campaigns and marketing events
To achieve revenue, balance sheet, and operating profit targets
To establish the fundamentals for the long-term performance of the business.
Full responsibility to close working with stakeholders to achieve expected delivery
Establish the structured frontline sales and service model to ensure CVP delivery.
Conduct customer segmentation, working closely with Retail Analysis to provide insightful analysis for BB strategy and value proposition.
Model current and potential customer value and optimize offerings to cross-sell/up-sell/retain customers.
Drive business result via leads campaign to improve deal success rate and turnaround time.
Perform dimensional analysis on BB portfolio to highlight segment focus as well as potential business opportunities.
Minimize loan attrition by leveraging CCC team resource for early replay retention.
Risk Management

Ensure effective and efficient operations without sacrifice on control and service quality. Continually look at opportunities for process improvements
Work with Compliance, ensure adherence to regulations particularly relating to BB segment and Alliance Management
Governance

Embed Here for good and the Group s brand and values in the region/country
Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Lead the BB segment & GBA / YRD projects to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] *
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Key Stakeholders

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including BB PSD, BB Frontline, BB SSPM, CB&M, GBA, YRD, Compliance, Legal, S&T, MO, BRM, Finance, Group BB and IT. etc.
Other Responsibilities

Accountable for the assigned alliances relationships and GBA related KPIs (number of clients acquired, business growth and P&L relating, timely delivery of the project).
Market intelligence on servicing SMEs. Recommend adoption where there is business case.
Represent at GBA / YRD / BB Segment forums, collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance SCB Business Banking market profile and presence.

Demonstrable capabilities in growing businesses and developing business using digital partnership / channels
Proven risk management capabilities
