Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

Comfortable around both Team player with a knack for visual design and utility
Work with development teams and product owners to ideate software solutions
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning applications
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Use industry best practices of development processes & tools, adopt and improve them
Desired Candidate Profile

Lead developer with 8+ years of experience

Relevant 3 4 years of experience on front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries
Experience on
a. Development using .Net Framework and .Net Core

b. ASP.Net Web Forms, ASP.Net MVC and Blazor

c. HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, as well as general understanding of UI design

d. DevExpress implementation in Microsoft web Platforms or any JavaScript based UI frameworks

e. Implementing Micro services and good understanding of hosting

f. CI/CD (preferably Azure DevOps Git CI), cloud architecture/design, tools and services on Azure

g. OOP, Design Patterns and Development principles

h. Good experience with SOAP and REST API Service Implementation.

i. Good experience in SQL Server Programming.

j. Good experience in Azure Platform Azure Data Factory, Logic App, App Service and Functions.

Perform technical assessment of UI mock-ups/wireframes to ensure the possibility of their implementation within reasonable time frame
Create and review software feature design documents and provide the solution
Experience in guiding and mentoring junior/mid level developers
Good to have

Prior experience in MS CRM Dynamics or MS Power Platform
Programming expertise in using TypeScript
Worked on Large-scale, multiyear project
Understanding of Performance, security requirements and the approaches to ensure they get addressed in Solution Designs
Track record as speaker, author and/or open-source contribution
