JOB TITLE:- Service Now ITSM, ITOM, SAM and HAM

Location: Chennai/Kolkata

Experience Range: 4 – 12 Yrs(Relevant)

JD:

Must Have:

Understanding client business processes & service needs and working with the client to demonstrate how ServiceNow modules will support these processes Service Now ITSM, ITOM, SAM and HAM
Strong Knowledge in ITOM – Event Management Module .
Hands-on Experience in Event Ru
le and Alert Action rule
Experience in managing ServiceNow projects with knowledge in NOW platform
Integration with External events via REST API, SNMP traps, email or JavaScript-based custom connectors.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Event Management is plus
Solid understanding in Servicenow development, implementation,javascript, UI policies, UI action, workflow, business rule, client script
Good Experience in Mid server Setup. Service Now ITSM, ITOM, SAM and HAM
Troubleshooting Errors in Warning / Error logs
Configure Event Transform Rules and Event Transform Maps
Develop applications & modules and customized notifications, approvals, and inbound email actions
