Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assisting in QS, preparation of BoQs

Certification of contractor invoices including verification of measurements, quantities, rates, compliances as per contract conditions

Assessing material requirements, issuing indents, reconciliation of materials

Assessing change requests, variances, claims through proper rate analysis and based on contract conditions

Assisting in resolution of disputes related contracts and claims

Value engineering, suggestion and evaluation of alternate methods to save costs and time

Prepare periodic cost reports and assist the planning manager in budget and cost reporting

Educational Qualifications

BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Diploma/ Certificate program in contract management will be an added advantage

Key Project Experience

Dy Manager/ Manager QS

At least 10-15 years of experience in handling roads, railways, airport or Metro projects

Proficiency in Autocad/ QS Software/ MS Excel

Coordination/ reasoning/ negotiation skills
Technical Knowledge
