Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain Project schedules (Level 1 to 4) using Primavera / MS Projects for complete project (Engineering / Procurement / Construction).
Complete understanding of project work scope / Project Draft Documents, Identifying contractual milestones, need, deliverables, Gathered requirement, creating project definition.
Develop the logic sequence of project activities. Analyze the network data. Define the critical path and total project duration.
Schedule the analyze network using man-hour availability, Generating Baseline, Cost, and resource loading & leveling.
Set up & review progress measurement system and prepare Progress curves for all phases of project.
Prepare and maintain Project deliverable lists, Prepare and issue progress reports (weekly / monthly).
Monitoring Progress & Identifying critical issues affecting the progress of the project and generate timely alerts for intervention of senior management.
Holding progress review meetings normally every month for major packages with vendors.
Carry out Critical path analysis on a monthly basis & Interact with the Discipline lead engineers for obtaining the project status and forecast.
Interact with Procurement and Construction engineers for obtaining the project status and forecast.
valuation of vendors schedule and integrating the same in the Integrated Schedule.
Prepare productivity reports and carry out manpower planning and control.
Reviewing and analyzing the DPRs, identifying the critical issues, highlighting the inputs requirement.
Support the PM/RCM for coordination and project follow up.

Desired Candidate Profile

Worked as Planning Engineer / Planner/ Sr Planning Engineer in Chemical / Petro-Chemical / Refinery / Oil & Gas projects
Experience of executing EPC / EPCM project is added advantage.
