Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling the complete Intern Employee of On-Roll & Contractual Staff.
Preparing HR letters, documents, certificates as per requirement.
Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
HRIS Data base management, To maintain up-to-date information on transfers, compensation, terminations, mapping updation & organizational changes.
Handling queries of employees (New Hires, Existing & Exit Employees).
Statutory Compliance i.e. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
Leave and Attendance Management (Intern Employee) i.e. Preparing Monthly Attendance File of Sales & Support Functions for payroll inputs.
Providing the FNF Inputs to payroll i.e. Exit Cases, Relieving etc.
Exit Process Management i.e. End to End off boarding process.
Excellent Communication towards Employee.
