-End to End recruiting for all open positions at all levels
-Provide advice on hiring procedures & strategies, staffing priorities, salary guidelines etc.
-Generating business & clients for Technical Staff Augmentation, Services & outsourcing.

Required Candidate profile

-5 years of exp in Recruitment for Global market – US/Europe/German/Canada.
-Team handling & mentoring, VISA-related knowledge, Onsite Deputation, and Employment benefit knowledge is a must.
