Campus hiring activities (50 % FT)
Manage and promote relationship-building events and tasks with regional universities.
Manage Career Fair participation.
Create and promote branding communication based on the Central Communications EVP (Employee Value Proposition) to universities.
Manage university sponsorship.
Manage and administer sponsorship in accordance with long-term company marketing strategy
Manage the annual sponsorship budget.
End to end recruitment process management for college graduates including FTP and local graduate program (Start-up meeting with HM, job advertisement, interviews, assessment, offer and onboarding).
Mid-level recruitment (50 % FT)
Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle, with a strong focus on direct sourcing.
Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and use various channels to ensure maximum successful output.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationship.
Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as Talent Advisor regarding recruitment related best practices and processes.
Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting update.
Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and required applicant tracking updates.
Participate in ad hoc team projects.
We believe you have
You should have at least 7-8 years of work experience in campus hiring(premium institutes) and mid-level recruitment working with reputed organization.
Possess a bachelor s degree / university degree or equivalent. (MBA preferred)
Relevant working experience in recruitment with focus university relations, employer branding and university event planning is preferred. Recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains handling mid junior to senior level roles.
Previous recruitment experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.
Good interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Language proficiency in English and/or relevant languages.
Experienced with Regional/Global Recruitment is a plus.
Experienced with Success Factors applicant tracking system is a plus.
