Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing of gold loan business through alternative channels such as aggregators /DSAs and identify new channels.
Tying up with insurance or related companies and bundling the cross sales product with gold loan.
Empanelment of new DSAs and Aggregators in the market also create leads from the already active DSAs / Aggregators.
Vendor Management
Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle
Must have minimum 8 years of Sales experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Should have working knowledge in MS Office and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and team player
Minimum Qualification – Graduate
