Job Description
Job Responsibilites
– Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Elance , Guru, virtual Worker etc.
– To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leightonrsquos Procedure and Clients Specifications.
– To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.
– To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.
– To liaise with site team, vendors and sub- contractors on information in order to produce correct bid.
– To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
– To manage planning dept in order to prepare tender construction programmer with all related information such as labor & material histogram, staff histogram, determination of numbers of P & E, etc.
– Experience in handling overseas clients
– Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills. (Mandatory)
– He should be ready to work in after noon shift,
