Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information in firms CRM database as data steward

Education
Experience
•Perform database entry and maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data
•Process updates from marketing team
•Responsible for cleaning up data, performing searches to reveal inconsistencies and missinginfo and updating information as needed
•Updating lists and preparing lists for marketing initiatives
•Processing returned mail and emails that are bounced, undeliverable, unsubscribes
•Merging duplicates, verifying accuracy, maintain data entry standards
•Support for mailing list creation
•Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline, activity and data integrity reports
•Maintains quality results by using templates; following defined CRM standards
•High School diploma, Associates degree or equivalent is required.
•Associates degree in English is preferred.
•Must be fluent in English, written and verbal.
•MS Office experience required
•Strong analytical skills
•Experience with CRM
•Must have flexible work hours
