What youll be doing?
The Product Owner will partner with the Technical Product Manager to support the engineering team in day-to-day development activities. Perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and user acceptance testing, while serving as the Subject Matter Expert for PBM Products. The individual will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible and detailed technical information that improves processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Manage Product backlog in JIRA
Document product features in Confluence
Translate high-level requirements to Acceptance Criteria
Follow Given/When/Then scenario-oriented criteria format
Write SQL queries to find data as requested by TPM
Create input and output data to demonstrate acceptance criteria
Identify dependencies and link issues in Jira
Answer questions by developers, QA and other teams
Escalate to Technical Product Manager

The right candidate will have:

Experience working in Agile/BDD environment
Expert in Atlassian software: JIRA & Confluence
Knowledge of SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and summarize
Comfortable diving into technical formats such as JSON, XML

Nice to Haves

PBM, Pharmacy, Insurance or Health Care domain knowledge
Product Owner, Scrum Master or Quality Assurance certifications
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related
