We have an opportunity for “Talent Acquisition Specialist” at Ahmedabad (Gujarat)Location.

Education and Experience Requirements:

MBA (HR) or equivalent degree
4-7 years of relevant experience in Recruitment
Job Description : 80% focus will be on Talent Acquisition & 20% on other HR sub-functions.


Sourcing and screening resumes based on the requirements.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates to understand and assess their fitment against the predefined criteria.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Facilitate the offer process by negotiating employment terms.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with the companys laid down process.
Manage on-boarding and new hire process.
Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.
Ensure Personnel files are up-to-date (hard and soft copy).
Assist in attendance management and preparation of any reports where required.
Provide support to HR Team wherever required.
Ready to sign bond for 3 years.

Desired Candidate Profile:• Excellent communications skills and fluency in English.

Hands-on experience in various job portals.
Proficient in MS Office.
Working knowledge of HRIS system.
