Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
End-to-end design, development & execution of campaigns to drive sellout for key e-marketplaces
Create brand or product wise campaign strategy with the right RoI metrics
Daily optimization & monitoring of campaigns. Make campaigns traceable thru results.
Manage cost of acquisition. Optimize spends at micro level and minimize leaks
Daily Platform Operations
Collect & analyse data sales by Brand, Category, Program, and SKU.
Maintain price-positions of own and competition products by Brand and By Category
Monitor share of search & shelf for category keywords, work with analytics team for marketing insights; Buy box monitoring for SKUs on a daily basis
Monitor & charter status of customer reviews
Identify & create cross category and combo opportunities basis peer performance
Maintain the growth funnel by channel and plan to optimize across each part of the funnel
Relationship Management
Manage the marketplace relationship with key stakeholders
Coordinate with the internal digital marketing, merchandising and business teams to ensure the campaign strategy is in accordance to the business objective
Competencies /skills required
Understanding of E-Commerce Platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart and Overstock
Data Analysis and Actionable Insights
Digital Campaign Management
Good Communication and articulation skills
Team influencing and outcome-orientation
Multi-tasking & Attention to detail
MS Excel
Dealing with ambiguity in a constantly-changing digital customer landscape
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in relevant role handling Marketing programs for E-Commerce platforms (Like Amazon, Walmart)
Digital marketing experience
Market Place marketing
PPC campaign management experience would be really great fit
Exposure to US Territory & Digital PR/influencer marketing will be prefer
Experience in leading content design and copy for optimizing conversion.
