-Expertise in sourcing from multiple channels like naukri, linkedin, iimjobs, social media etc

-Screening candidates and validating Fitment as per requirement.

– Stakeholder Management

-Ability to understand job requirements and source the talent accordingly

– Ability to pitch role to candidates effectively

– Ability to work independently

-Proficiency with Ms Excel

– Any MBA/PGDM

-3-4 years of experience
